Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and generative workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts to anticipate and implement emerging AI trends relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in high-volume production environments using cloud-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
