Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for large-scale applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep the 2026 roadmap ahead of the curve.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the Future Tech or AI niche is highly preferred.
