Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Development: Define and execute the technical roadmap for core AI systems aligned with the 2026 product vision, ensuring scalability and ethical AI compliance.
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and optimize large-scale neural networks, focusing on low-latency inference and energy-efficient processing for edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Pioneering Research: Explore emerging paradigms such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and multimodal learning to enhance model adaptability.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
