Responsibilities

- Oversee the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and security standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
