Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time decision making.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide a team of engineers in exploring novel machine learning paradigms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in automated systems.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Prototype Innovation: Rapidly prototype experimental technologies and validate them through rigorous testing.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
