- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize LLM inference, reduce latency, and improve model accuracy through advanced fine-tuning techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on emerging AI trends.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
