Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the end-to-end design of AI/ML systems, ensuring scalability and performance for the 2026 infrastructure roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, edge AI) into our production pipeline.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables that align with our 2026 vision.
- System Security: Implement robust security protocols and data governance standards to protect proprietary algorithms and user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
