Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines optimized for the scale of 2026.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our core generative models and recommendation engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model deployment.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in LLMs and AGI.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability of all AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
