Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Architect the technical vision and execution plan for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, aligning with business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high throughput in real-world scenarios.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
