Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the research and deployment of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably within a tech giant or high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning large language models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
