Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic computing.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor a team of mid-level engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in designing large-scale cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
