Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for real-time object detection, path planning, and sensor fusion.
- Model Optimization: Refine neural networks to run efficiently on edge devices with limited compute resources while maintaining high accuracy.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with hardware engineers and product managers to integrate AI models seamlessly into the vehicle's operating system.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging technologies in reinforcement learning and computer vision to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for code review, testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure system reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically within the autonomous driving or robotics industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of sensor data processing (LIDAR, Radar, Camera) and SLAM algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
