Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance 2D animations and interactive graphics using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 2D scenes to ensure 60fps animations across devices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and 3D artists to translate static assets into dynamic web experiences.
- Build reusable 2D animation libraries and components for the engineering team.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex graphical rendering issues in cross-browser environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging 2D web technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 Canvas, and SVG.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Pixi.js.
- Strong understanding of computer graphics principles, including coordinate systems, transformations, and compositing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with WebGL (Three.js) is a plus but not required.
