Nexus Creative Labs is on the hunt for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join our elite creative team. Responsibilities
- Craft high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and art directors to ensure seamless integration of motion into user interfaces.
- Create custom character designs and environments using vector and raster tools.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline from initial concept and storyboarding to final rendering and delivery.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the studio.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, software updates, and technical innovations in motion design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and easing principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of 2D animation styles and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
