Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for 2D graphics, including conceptualization, wireframing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, software techniques, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Research industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house role.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, including typography, layout, and illustration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
