As a key member of our product team, you will drive the technical vision for our interactive layer.
Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance Animations: Design and implement complex 2D animations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL to create immersive user journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate creative concepts into pixel-perfect, performant code.
- Code Optimization: Analyze and optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps animations across all modern devices and browsers.
- Library Development: Build and maintain internal reusable components and utility libraries for 2D interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Responsive Design: Ensure all 2D graphics and interactions are fully responsive and accessible to all users.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on 2D graphics.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Graphics Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and 2D physics engines (Matter.js, Planck.js).
- Animation Libraries: Strong experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Framer Motion.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex rendering issues and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D interactive projects.
