Responsibilities

- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, specifically in 2D interaction design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
