Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 2D animations, visual assets, and storyboards that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, product managers, and developers to conceptualize and execute creative directions.
- Create detailed character designs and environments using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate).
- Optimize all assets for various platforms (web, mobile, print) ensuring high performance and visual fidelity.
- Mentor junior artists, providing constructive feedback to foster team growth and maintain high creative standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, illustration, or digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Procreate.
- Strong command of color theory, composition, typography, and motion principles.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, including character design and animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas.
