Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D illustrations, animations, and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and frontend developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect visual interfaces.
- Optimize creative assets for performance and scalability across various devices, ensuring fast load times without compromising visual quality.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide that ensures consistency across all company products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash and stretch) and 2D spatial awareness.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D styles and successful project case studies.
- Experience with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) or WebGL is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
