Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D character animations and keyframe movements.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Animate, After Effects) to produce smooth, frame-perfect animations.
- Collaborate with the art direction team to maintain visual consistency across all projects.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Participate in storyboarding sessions and provide creative feedback on narrative pacing.
- Manage assets and ensure proper naming conventions and folder structures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or a related visual design field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Animate and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and squash-and-stretch principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of animation styles and character work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Experience with rigging and bone tools is a plus.
