Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design strategy for our flagship '2026' ecosystem, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain the company's design system, incorporating modern, bold typographic choices and color palettes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate high-level concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Conduct user research to validate aesthetic decisions and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) are met.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on design critiques and creative direction.
- Stay ahead of global design trends to keep NeoVision Systems at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a specific portfolio demonstrating mastery of bold, futuristic aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Figma with the ability to create complex interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design constraints.
- Strong command of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
