We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a deep understanding of composition, color theory, and modern design trends. You will work closely with art directors and product managers to deliver high-fidelity concepts that captivate audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D illustrations, character concepts, and UI assets for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style guide across various design projects.
- Collaborate with 3D modelers and motion designers to create seamless integrated assets.
- Optimize images and assets for various platforms while maintaining high resolution and aesthetic quality.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to inspire innovative solutions.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D design, illustration, or character art.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Expertise in color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
