Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for the '2026 Era,' identifying key emerging trends such as generative AI, autonomous systems, and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to align engineering resources with high-impact business goals, ensuring that innovation translates directly to market value.
- Oversee the pilot programs for next-generation infrastructure, acting as the primary technical lead for feasibility studies and risk assessment.
- Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for futuristic projects, ensuring measurable outcomes from experimental technologies.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, mentoring junior strategists and fostering a deep understanding of future tech stacks.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate disruptions and pivot strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related engineering leadership role.
