Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategy for the next 3-5 years, aligning technology capabilities with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Architecture, specifically tailored for 2026 readiness.
- Enterprise Architecture Governance: Oversee the architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-state solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Analyze the global technology ecosystem to identify partnerships and tools that will drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and translate them into long-term business roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development lifecycles, and network infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
