Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026 Roadmap,' ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems capable of handling high-scale data throughput and future AI integrations.
- Strategic Planning: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Hardware) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data in a decentralized environment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Future Tech: Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and the ability to plan for next-generation computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and making data-driven architectural decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
