Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior 2026 AI Architect to lead our cutting-edge research division. As we prepare for the technological paradigm shift of 2026, we are building a proprietary stack that integrates Generative AI with Quantum Computing to solve complex global challenges. You will be responsible for defining the architectural blueprints for the next generation of intelligent systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application, ensuring our AI models are scalable, ethical, and ready for the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for our 2026-era AI models, focusing on quantum-ready neural networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, quantum physicists, and data scientists to deliver breakthrough features.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for post-silicon hardware environments and holographic interfaces.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment in futuristic contexts.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and scalability testing for large-scale generative models.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate technical roadmaps into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a strong focus on Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models).
- Hands-on experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid quantum-classical machine learning.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging technology landscapes.
