Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patrols of the facility premises to ensure the safety and security of all assets and personnel.
- Monitor access points and control visitor entry by verifying identification and issuing badges.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Document all observations and incidents accurately in the shift logbook.
- Interact courteously with tenants, visitors, and employees to maintain a positive security presence.
- Enforce company policies and local regulations to prevent security breaches.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work Weekends and Night Shifts.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
