Responsibilities
- Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, interior, and exterior to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitoring: Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm panels.
- Access Control: Verify credentials of personnel and visitors to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Assist guests and employees with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
- License: Valid Louisiana Security Officer License (State Licensure) is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
