Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to enhance store presentation
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to loss prevention protocols and safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to work shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- No prior retail experience required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
