Responsibilities
- Process in-person and virtual transactions via POS system with 99% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service across digital and physical touchpoints
- Manage cash handling, returns, and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with remote team for scheduling and inventory updates
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/chat support when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; students welcome
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (3 days remote/2 days in-store)
- Strong communication skills for both digital and in-person interactions
- Reliable transportation to Fresno location (2 shifts/week)
