Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram guidelines
- Ensure product freshness and rotate inventory using FIFO method
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts starting 4:00 AM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
