Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays and product arrangements
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and maintaining organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all shift hours
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new merchandise and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort operating POS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
