Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude toward learning new products.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
