Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide professional, knowledgeable assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges with care.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and folding clothes according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels and participate in periodic stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Store Operations: Support the store manager with opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cleaning duties.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes (up to 25 lbs), and move around the sales floor comfortably.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide top-tier customer service.
