Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves, displays, and storage areas before store opening
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments with accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock levels
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate records
- Report stock discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to Ala Moana area
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
