Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Support store operations through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including register balancing and store security
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
