Your Mission:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of the brand. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience from the moment they walk in until they leave with their purchases. We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, including answering questions about features, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to increase average transaction value.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (with or without assistance).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems (training provided).
