Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and pallets according to company standards and planograms.
- Ensure store appearance is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory shipments efficiently.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper product placement.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment for both staff and customers.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and stocking goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific visual guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
