Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize merchandise displays to create an inviting store environment that drives sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
- Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies to answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology (POS systems, tablets).
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
- A passion for customer service and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
