Your Mission:
Provide an unparalleled shopping experience, maintain a pristine store environment, and become an expert in our product line.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable equipment.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
