Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor and stock shelves to ensure high visibility.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
