Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entering the store, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales goals by actively promoting new arrivals and loyalty programs to every customer interaction.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and digital payments.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular inventory counts.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
