Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge

- No prior retail experience required – we train all new hires!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Reno location
