Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and inventory scanners to process transactions accurately
- Utilize digital tablets and smart displays to showcase products and engage customers
- Manage fitting room systems and interactive mirrors to enhance the shopping experience
- Operate merchandise presentation equipment to maintain visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with team members using shared communication tools for seamless operations
- Conduct inventory counts using provided handheld scanners and reporting software
- Process returns/exchanges with company-issued tablets and barcode readers
- Train on new retail technologies and equipment as they're introduced
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and operating digital retail equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided ergonomic support gear
