Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all customers
- Assist with merchandise restocking and store cleanliness
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments securely
- Answer basic product inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to all company policies and loss prevention procedures
