Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize merchandise from delivery trucks daily
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Ensure all products are priced, labeled, and visually appealing
- Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to reliability
