Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer assistance through product knowledge, styling advice, and size recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols for optimal customer experience
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math aptitude
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
