Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and balance the register at the end of every shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
