Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate computerized cash registers and POS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
