Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks and pallets.
- Restock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and company standards.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when pricing and tagging products.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize store operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to reliably work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays as needed.
